摘　　要：通过构建数字经济指标体系,使用熵值法测度出陕西省各地数字经济发展水平,并运用陕西省2013—2021年城市面板数据,利用双向固定效应模型分析数字经济对陕西省城市吸引外商直接投资的影响效应。研究结果表明:数字经济发展对陕西省城市数字经济具有显著的正向影响,影响系数为2.654,并通过中介效应检验证明了创新效应与市场扩张效应的机制作用。最后,根据实证结果提出相关建议:加快数字基础设施建设,营造良好的数字经济发展环境;深化数字技术与传统产业的融合,强化市场扩张与创新效应;优化外资战略,引导外资流向以及完善数字经济发展规划,加强省内各区域协同发展。其研究结论能够对现今数字经济建设以及更好地推动双向FDI协调发展提供一些参考意见。By constructing the index system of the digital economy and using the entropy method to measure the development level of the digital economy in various regions of Shaanxi Province,and applying the urban panel data of the province from 2013 to 2021,this paper analyzes the impact effect of the digital economy on the attraction of foreign direct investment in cities of the province by using the two-way fixed effects model.The research results show that the development of the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the digital economy of the cities,with an impact coefficient of 2.654,and the mechanism of the innovation effect and the market expansion effect is proved through the mediation effect test.Finally,based on the empirical results,relevant suggestions are put forward as follows:accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure and create a favorable environment for the development of the digital economy;deepen the integration of digital technology and traditional industries,and strengthen the effects of market expansion and innovation;optimize the foreign investment strategy,guide the flow of foreign capital,and improve the digital economy development plan to enhance the coordinated development among various regions within the province.The research conclusions can provide some reference opinions for the current digital economy construction and better promote the coordinated development of two-way FDI.
