新质生产力赋能民族地区乡村文旅产业高质量发展的内在逻辑和实现路径研究

摘　　要：民族地区乡村文旅产业作为推动经济发展的新动力,不仅创造经济收益,还促进民族文化传承与生态保护,对乡村振兴战略实施具有重要意义。当前该产业面临基础设施薄弱、产品形式老化、人才匮乏等问题。新质生产力以科技创新为核心,融合数字时代新技术、新模式,为乡村文旅产业注入新活力。通过SWOT分析,阐述了民族地区乡村文旅产业的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并指出新质生产力在技术支持、动力源泉、产业结构优化、文化传承与生态保护以及人才培养与模式创新等方面的重要作用。通过技术赋能、跨界融合、绿色发展等措施,新质生产力推动民族地区乡村文旅产业实现数字化转型、智能化升级和可持续发展,为产业的高质量发展开辟了新路径。The rural cultural and tourism industry in ethnic minority areas,as a new driving force for economic development,not only create economic benefits but also promote the inheritance of ethnic cultures and ecological protection,which is of great significance for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Currently,the industry is faced with problems such as weak infrastructure,outdated product forms,and a shortage of talents.New quality productive forces,with scientific and technological innovation at its core and integrating new technologies and models in the digital age,injects new vitality into the industry.Through SWOT analysis,this paper elaborates on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the industry in ethnic minority areas,and points out the important roles of new quality productive forces in aspects such as technical support,power source,optimization of industrial structure,cultural inheritance and ecological protection,as well as talent cultivation and model innovation.Through measures such as technological empowerment,cross-border integration and green development,new quality productive forces promote the industry in the areas to achieve digital transformation,intelligent upgrading,and sustainable development,opening up a new path for the high-quality development of the industry.
