摘　　要：低空经济是国家战略性新兴产业,是塑造发展新动能新优势、打造经济增长新引擎的重要举措。其中的低空航空器因其能够快速响应和胜任多场景的应用,已逐渐成为提升紧急医学救援效率、加强国家综合救援能力的关键一环。通过深入分析低空航空器的应用场景、研发现状及其在紧急医学救援中的应用现状,指出了当前应用中存在的指挥体系不统一、人才保障不足、装备设施运维成本高等问题,从法治建设、部门协同、科技投入、应用试点、公众接受度与信任等提出策略建议。Low altitude economy is a national strategic emerging industry,which is an important measure to shape new driving forces and new advantages for development and create a new engine for economic growth.Among them,low altitude aircraft have gradually become a key part of improving the efficiency of emergency medical rescue and strengthening the national comprehensive rescue capability because of their rapid response and multi-scenario application.Through in-depth analysis of the application scenario,research and development status of low altitude aircraft and its application in emergency medical rescue,the problems in the current application are pointed out that the disunity command system,the lack of talent support,the high cost of equipment and facilities operation and maintenance,and the strategic suggestions are put forward from the rule of law construction,department coordination,science and technology investment,application pilot,and public acceptance and trust.
