企业境外上市对科技水平的影响分析——来自河北省上市企业的经验证据

摘　　要：明晰企业境外上市与科技水平间的关系,对于进一步扩大国际科技合作具有重要的现实意义。以河北省企业为研究对象,在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,系统构建计量经济模型实证检验了企业境外上市对科技水平的影响效果和作用机制。研究发现:河北省企业境外上市能够显著促进科技水平提升;相较于国有企业,河北省非国有企业境外上市有助于促进科技水平提升;相较于大规模企业,河北省小规模企业境外上市对提高科技水平的影响效果更大;河北省企业境外上市通过促进公司治理水平提升而促进科技水平提升。To clarify the relationship between overseas listing and scientific and technological level is of great practical significance for further expanding international scientific and technological cooperation.Taking enterprises in Hebei Province as the research object,on the basis of systematic review of relevant literature,the econometric model is constructed to empirically test the effect and mechanism of enterprises'overseas listing on the level of science and technology.The results show that the overseas listing of Hebei enterprises can significantly promote the improvement of scientific and technological level.Compared with state-owned enterprises,the overseas listing of non-state-owned enterprises in Hebei Province is helpful to promote the improvement of scientific and technological level.Compared with large-scale enterprises,overseas listing of small-scale enterprises in Hebei Province has a greater effect on improving the level of science and technology.The overseas listing of enterprises in Hebei Province promotes the improvement of scientific and technological level by promoting the improvement of corporate governance level.
