摘 要:本文依托实际工程对大粒径无黏性土石混合料填筑路基技术进行研究。设计室内试验验证土石材料的工程特性是否满足要求,并对施工工艺展开讨论。研究结果得到大粒径的无黏性土石混合料具有优良级配;土石混合料的最佳含水率为5.2%,最大干密度为2.058g/cm^(3),CBR值为63.2%,单轴饱和抗压强度56.0MPa,各项指标均满足路基填料要求。大粒径土石混合料具有强度较高的工程特性,对我国路基施工发展具有实际意义。In order to protect the environment and reduce the project cost,following the principle of local materials,this paper relies on the actual project to study the technology of large-particle size non-cohesive earth-rock mixture filling roadbed.Design laboratory test to verify whether the engineering characteristics of soil and stone materials meet the requirements,and discuss the construction technology.The results show that the non-cohesive soil-rock mixture with large particle size has good gradation.The optimum moisture content,the maximum dry density,the CBR value and the uni-axial saturation compressive strength of the soil and rock mixture are 5.2%,2.058g/cm^(3),63.2%,and 56.0MPa,all of which meet the requirements of subgrade filling.Large particle size soil-rock mixture has the engineering characteristic of high strength,which is of practical significance to the development of roadbed construction in our country.
