摘 要:为提高“白改黑”工程使用质量,减缓反射裂缝形成和传播,本文采用橡胶沥青作为原材料对应力吸收层结构性能进行应用研究。结合室内抗剪试验,探讨橡胶沥青洒布量和碎石洒布量对应力吸收层力学性能的影响规律。研究结果显示,随着洒布量的增大应力吸收层间剪切强度先增大后降低,当橡胶沥青撒布量为2.4kg/m^(2)、碎石撒布量为16kg/m^(2)时,层间剪切强度最高。最后,依托实际工程对施工工艺展开讨论,严格控制施工过程,并对工程质量进行检测。橡胶沥青应力吸收层具有较好的黏结能力和抗剪强度,有效延缓了反射裂缝的发生。In order to improve the use quality of“white to black”project and slow down the formation and propagation of reflection cracks,this paper uses rubber asphalt as raw material to study the structural properties of stress absorbing layer.The influence of the amount of rubber asphalt and crushed stone on the mechanical properties of the stress absorbing layer was studied in combination with the indoor shear test.The results show that the stress absorption shear strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of the spreading amount.The shear strength is the highest when the spreading amount of rubber asphalt is 2.4kg/m^(2) and the spreading amount of gravel is 16kg/m^(2).Finally,the construction technology is discussed based on the actual project,the construction process is strictly controlled,and the quality of the project is tested.The rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer has good bonding ability and shear strength,which effectively delays the occurrence of reflection cracks.
