摘 要:以某软土区域高层建筑为研究对象,从该建筑桩基偏位现象及低应变检测结果出发,探究桩基事故的根本成因,通过对不同类别工程桩的承载力实施差异化评估,制定了采用锚杆静压桩补桩技术的施工方案,有效突破传统补桩方法在空间局限及施工同步性方面的桎梏,降低补桩作业对既有桩基体系的扰动影响。通过将现场沉降监测数据与有限元模拟结果进行全面对比与评估,验证了所提加固方案的有效性与适用性。Taking a high-rise building in a soft soil area as the research object,starting from the pile foundation deflection phenomenon and low strain test results of the building,the fundamental causes of pile foundation accidents are explored.Through the differential evaluation of the bearing capacity of different types of engineering piles,the construction scheme using the static pressure pile with anchor rod is formulated,effectively breaking through the constraints of traditional pile repair methods in terms of space limitations and construction synchronization.Reduce the disturbance effect of pile replenishment on the existing pile foundation system.The effectiveness and applicability of the proposed reinforcement scheme are verified by comparing and evaluating the site settlement monitoring data with the finite element simulation results.
