摘 要:当高层建筑的建设场地包含可液化土层时,在地基加固过程中需要综合考虑地基液化和地基承载力的影响。此时,单一桩基往往难以满足要求。针对这种情况,提出了碎石桩加刚性桩的多桩型复合地基加固方案,并详细探讨了该方案的设计原理和施工工艺,同时,通过在某高层建筑的实践应用,验证了该方案的可行性。结果显示,经过碎石桩加刚性桩的多桩型复合地基加固后,基底以下的液化土层液化现象得到了有效消除,同时地基承载力也有所提升。可见,在可液化土层条件下建造高层建筑时,采用碎石桩加刚性桩的多桩型复合地基加固方案具有较好的处理效果。When the construction site of a high-rise building contains liquefiable soil layers,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the impacts of soil liquefaction and foundation bearing capacity during foundation reinforcement.At this point,a single pile foundation often fails to meet the requirements.In response to this situation,a multi-pile-type composite foundation reinforcement scheme combining gravel piles and rigid piles has been proposed,and the design principles and construction techniques of this scheme have been discussed in detail.Meanwhile,through practical application in a high-rise building,the feasibility of this scheme has been verified.The results show that after reinforcement with the multi-pile-type composite foundation scheme combining gravel piles and rigid piles,the liquefaction phenomenon in the liquefiable soil layers below the foundation base has been effectively eliminated,and the foundation bearing capacity has also been improved.Therefore,when constructing high-rise buildings on liquefiable soil layers,adopting the multi-pile-type composite foundation reinforcement scheme combining gravel piles and rigid piles yields better treatment effects.
