摘 要:我国中小跨径桥梁总量庞大,随着交通荷载量增加和结构损伤积累,亟需对其承载能力进行及时评定以防范垮塌事故发生。现有公路桥梁承载能力检测评定方法中荷载试验实施成本高、效率低,各极限状态承载能力评定过程复杂,难以满足中小跨径桥梁大规模检测评定的需求。针对该问题,该文提出了基于单辆重车移动加载的快速荷载试验方法和基于影响线虚拟加载的承载能力评定方法,构建了由快速荷载试验设计、桥梁影响线识别和承载能力虚拟检算三者组成的评定流程,并参考美国移动加载诊断试验方法修正了检算系数以提高该方法可靠性,最终通过一三跨双曲拱桥车队加载与单辆重车移动加载试验评定结果对比验证了该方法的有效性。该文提出方法深入融入中国规范,检测评定流程简单,有望为量大面广的中小跨径桥梁承载能力快速评定提出一种可行的解决方案。There are a huge number of short and medium-span bridges in China.With the increase of traffic loads and the accumulation of damage,it is important to evaluate their carrying capacity in time to prevent possible failure.During the bridge evaluation,the load testing method in the current governing code has the disadvantages of being labor-intensive and time-consuming,and the procedure of limit state checking is also too complicated for calculation.It is difficult to meet the evaluation requirement of large-scale short and medium-span bridges.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a rapid load testing method based on a single-vehicle moving and a limit state checking method based on the virtual loading of influence lines.The bridge evaluation procedure are constructed,including rapid load testing design,influence line identification,and carrying capacity virtual checking.A checking coefficient modification method is established to improve the reliability of the proposed method.The effectiveness of the proposed method is then verified through the comparison of heavy trucks loading and single truck rapid loading of a three-span hyperbolic arch bridge.The proposed method is integrated into Chinese code,and the testing and evaluation processes are relatively simple,which is expected to provide a feasible solution for the carrying capacity rapid evaluation of large-scale short and medium-span bridges.
