摘 要:四川某高镁型胶磷矿为复杂难选低品位磷矿,解决该磷矿中MgO含量高的问题,是开发利用的难点。本研究采用新型捕收剂SX-6对该磷矿进行“一粗三精”反浮选实验,研究表明:经过反浮选实验,原矿中的MgO含量从10.54%降低到1.20%,并得到P_(2)O_(5)大于33%,MgO为1.20%,回收率大于81%的选矿指标。新型捕收剂SX-6的使用,解决了该磷矿中MgO含量高的问题,该研究成果为复杂难选低品位磷矿的开发利用提供了参考价值。A high-magnesium phosphate deposit in Sichuan Province is a complex,difficult-to-process,low-grade phosphate deposit.The main challenge in exploiting and utilizing this phosphate deposit is to solve the problem of high MgO content.In this study,a new SX-6 collector was used to conduct"one primary flotation and three selective flotation"reverse flotation experiments on the phosphate deposit.The results show that after reverse flotation,the Mg O content in the original ore was reduced from 10.54%to 1.20%,and the P_(2)O_(5) content was greater than 33%,with a MgO content of 1.20%and a recovery rate greater than 81%.The use of the new SX-6 collector has solved the problem of high Mg O content in this phosphate ore.This research provides valuable reference for the development and utilization of complex,difficult-to-process,low-grade phosphate deposit.
