摘 要:目前,波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪在定量分析岩矿样品中的主次量成份方面应用非常广范,但其分析的精确度和重现性易受仪器型号及样品前处理方式、方法、环境因素等影响,因此,评定分析结果的不确定度对分析结果的合格判定有着非常重要的意义。本文依据我国国标,结合X射线荧光光谱设备明确硅酸盐内的二氧化硅的浓度,就分析结果不确定度形成诱因予以探讨。搭建检测期间分量的数学系统,明确测得结果的置信范围,就硅酸盐内的二氧化硅浓度检测结果不确定度予以评估,对其它实验室评定分析结果的不确定度具有指导意义。At present,the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is widely used in the quantitative analysis of primary and secondary components in rock and mineral samples.However,the accuracy and reproducibility of the analysis are easily affected by the instrument model,sample pretreatment methods,methods and environmental factors.Therefore,the evaluation of the uncertainty of the analysis results is of great significance to the qualification of the analysis results.In this paper,according to China's national standard,combined with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to determine the concentration of silica in silicate,the causes of uncertainty in analysis results are discussed.The mathematical system of the component during the detection period is built,the confidence range of the measured results is clarified,and the uncertainty of the silica concentration detection results in the silicate is evaluated,which has guiding significance for other laboratories to evaluate the uncertainty of the analysis results.
