飞机铆钉全聚焦相控阵超声检测技术研究

摘  要:飞机结构铆钉在连接组件中占比较大,由于飞行中的震动等因素,极易产生应力集中,导致其断裂,影响飞行安全。为提高飞机铆钉裂纹的检出能力,针对铆钉变截面区域疲劳缺陷,本文采用全聚焦检测技术,从源头设计出发,借助仿真实验手段,完成铆钉检测专用探头研发,并开展试验以验证仿真数据的可靠性。结果表明,该方法可有效检出深度为0.5mm人工缺陷,对于提高铆钉变截面区域微小缺陷的相控阵超声检测能力具有重要作用。The aircraft structural rivets account for a large proportion of connecting components.Due to factors such as vibration during flight,it is easy to generate stress concentration,resulting in the rupture of the rivets and affecting flight safety.To improve the detection ability of aircraft rivet cracks and address fatigue defects in the rivet variable cross-section area,this paper adopts total focusing method.Starting from the source design,with the help of simulation experiments,a special probe for rivet detection is developed,and experiments are carried out to verify the reliability of the simulated data.The research results show that the method can effectively detect artificial defects with a depth of 0.5mm,which plays an important role in improving the phased array ultrasonic detection capability of small defects in the variable cross-section area ofrivets.
