摘 要:随着现代工业的发展,催化剂已经成为实现产品或者技术目标的重要媒介,废催化剂产生量也在逐年增加,废催化剂资源化利用成为“无废城市”建设的必由之路。大多数废催化剂核心工序是低温裂解,本文从废催化剂低温裂解炉运行机理、生产过程、污染物种类和治理措施可行性等方面重点分析废催化剂企业污染状况,以确定低温裂解炉污染物是否能够稳定达标排放。文章对废催化剂再生有色金属行业污染物稳定达标排放提供重要参考价值。With the development of modern industry,catalysts have become an important medium for achieving product or technological goals,and the amount of waste catalysts generated is also increasing year by year.The resource utilization of waste catalysts has become a necessary path for the construction of "waste free cities".The core process of most waste catalysts is low-temperature cracking.This article focuses on analyzing the pollution situation of waste catalyst enterprises from the aspects of the operating mechanism,production process,pollutant types,and feasibility of treatment measures of waste catalyst low-temperature cracking furnaces,in order to determine whether the pollutants from low-temperature cracking furnaces can be stably discharged in compliance with standards.The article provides important reference value for the stable and compliant emission of pollutants in the non-ferrous metal industry through the regeneration of waste catalysts.
