摘 要:托板桩是桩与托板组成的复合受力体,是利用托板上的覆土垫层土拱效应,将上部均布荷载最大限度传递到桩基上,以提高地基承载力的复合地基。经工程比选,托板桩应用于圆形煤场堆煤区的地基处理经济合理。为研究桩间距、托板面积、覆土垫层厚度对地基承载力的影响和效果,结合具体工程,采用PLAXIS 3D有限元分析软件进行多工况计算比较,分析影响托板桩桩土应力比的主要因素和规律,得出适合本工程的建议。Sheet pile is a composite bearing body composed of pile and plate.It is a composite foundation which uses the soil arch effect of the soil covering cushion on the plate to transfer the uniform load of the upper part to the pile foundation to the maximum extent to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.Through engineering comparison and selection,it is economical and reasonable to apply sheet pile to the foundation treatment of coal piling area in circular coal yard.In order to study the influence and effect of pile spacing,plate area and covering cushion thickness on foundation bearing capacity,PLAXIS 3D finite element analysis software was used to calculate and compare the multi-working conditions,analyze the main factors affecting the pile-soil stress ratio of plate piles and their influencing laws,and draw suggestions suitable for this project.
