摘  要:背压抽汽式汽轮机(backpressure extraction steam turbine,BEST)双机回热系统是目前大容量高参数燃煤发电领域的前沿技术,与常规回热系统的设计有较大差异。文章从机组回热系统设置特点、轴系功率匹配、转速控制和背压控制等方面,分析和总结二次再热机组BEST双机回热系统的设计、分析方案,投资成本和收益。计算结果表明:二次再热机组采用BEST双机回热系统方案具有良好的经济性。As one of the advanced technologies in the field of large capacity and high parameter coal-fired power generation,the backpressure extraction steam turbine(BEST)dual turbine regenerative system is significantly different from the conventional regenerative system in design.This article analyzes and summarizes the BEST dual turbine regenerative system design in double reheat unit including unit regenerative system setting features,shafting power matching,speed control,back pressure control,etc.The investment and benefit of scheme is analyzed,and the calculation result shows that the BEST dual turbine regenerative system scheme in double reheat unit demons trates good economic performance.
