摘 要:针对火电厂锅炉管道安全检验中的不同壁厚T91钢小径管,采用里氏硬度计和布氏硬度计分别对其母材和焊缝进行硬度测试。试验结果表明,母材的布氏硬度直读值与实测值之间的误差随壁厚的增大而减小;焊缝的布氏硬度直读值与实测值之间的误差随壁厚的增大呈现先增后减并趋于稳定的趋势。基于回归分析,建立了不同壁厚T91钢小径管母材及焊缝里氏硬度与布氏硬度新的换算关系,其布氏硬度计算值与实测值之间的绝对误差在0 HB~6 HB之间,研究成果能够为火电厂锅炉小管道强度评定提供依据。The hardness of base material and welding of T91 steel small-diameter pipe with different wall thicknesses were tested by leeb hardness tester and brinell hardness tester,respectively.The results show that the error between the direct reading HBHLD and the measured HBW of base material decreases with the increase of wall thickness.The error between the direct reading HBHLD and the measured HBW of weld initially increases and then decreases,eventually stabilizing with the increase of wall thickness.Based on the regression analysis,a new conversion relationship between the leeb hardness and brinell hardness for base material and weld of T91 steel small-diameter pipe is established.The absolute error between the calculated HBW and the measured HBW is within the range of 0 to 6 HB.The research results can provide a basis for the strength assessment of boiler small pipelines in thermal power plant.
