摘　　要：电力总承包项目的利润在电力设计企业总利润中的占比日益增长,总承包项目的费用管理是实现项目利润的关键环节。对项目费用进行动态管理是实现费用目标的重点工作,文章通过建立项目全过程的动态管理流程,详细分析费用目标确定、费用计划制定、费用分析和费用纠偏措施等关键环节的内容及要求,为总承包项目更好实施费用管理提供支撑。The proportion of profits from general contracting projects in the total profits of enterprises is also increasing,so the cost management in project management will also occupy a more important position.Dynamic management of project costs is the key work to achieve cost objectives.This article establishes a dynamic management process for the entire project process,and introduces in detail the content and requirements of key links such as cost target determination,cost plan formulation,cost analysis,and cost correction measures,providing a reference for better implementation of cost management in EPC projects.
