井干式木结构墙体转角节点力学性能研究

摘  要:以机械弹性模量等级为M_(E)9和M_(E)10的层板为原料,制作不同强度等级的胶合木。依据T/CECS 1400—2023《井干式木结构建筑技术规程》设计并制作井干式木结构墙体转角节点竖向受压试件、节点三点弯曲试件、节点弯剪试件以及节点受弯试件,并进行单调加载试验,研究节点在不同机械弹性模量等级层板和不同加载条件下的破坏模式和承载性能。结果表明:使用ME9等级材料制作的节点试件在竖向受压、节点三点弯曲和节点弯剪工况下的承载力,较使用ME10等级材料的试件低20%~30%;在节点的三点弯曲、弯剪和受弯试验中,受破坏的试件节点均呈现脆性破坏的模式。试件破坏裂缝的起点大多出现在节点的开槽位置,节点开槽的位置和深度对于节点的承载力有一定影响。In this study,laminates with mechanical elastic modulus grades of M_(E)9 and M_(E)10 were selected to make glulam of different strength grades.According to T/CECS 1400—2023“Technical specification for log house building”,vertical compression joint specimens,three-point bending joint specimens,bending shear joint specimens,and bending joint specimens of log structure wall corner were designed and produced.The monotonous loading tests were carried out,the failure mode and load bearing performance of the joints were investigated under different mechanical modulus of elasticity and different loading conditions.The results showed that the load carrying capacity of the specimens made with ME9 laminates in the vertical compression,three-point bending,and bending shear condition were reduced by 20%~30%compared to the specimens made with ME10 laminates.In the tests of three-point bending,bending shear,and bending,the damaged specimen joints all showed brittle failure mode.The starting point of the damage cracks of the specimens mostly appeared in the slotted position of the joints.The position and depth of the joint slots had a certain effect on the bearing capacity of the joints.
