摘 要:高校大学毕业生的就业问题已是一项重大的社会问题,就业焦虑是大学生群体中最为常见的心理问题之一。为探讨心理弹性与就业焦虑的关系,以及是否担任学生干部在心理弹性与就业焦虑关系中产生的调节作用,以河北省493名大学生为研究对象,采用高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷和心理弹性量表进行调查。研究发现,心理弹性与就业焦虑各维度和总分显著相关(r=0.321~0.416,p<0.01),大学生心理弹性对就业焦虑具有显著的预测作用(p<0.01),是否担任学生干部在大学生心理弹性和就业焦虑之间存在负向调节作用。因此心理弹性是就业焦虑的重要预测因素,是否担任学生干部调节心理弹性与就业焦虑。Employment anxiety is one of the most common psychological problems among college students.The influence of personal characteristics on employment anxiety is very vital.In order to explore the relationship between psychological resilience and employment anxiety of college students in the process of employment,as well as the moderating effect of student cadre status on the relationship between psychological resilience and employment anxiety,500 college students in Hebei Province were investigated by using the questionnaire and psychological resilience scale of college graduates.The results show that the dimensions and total score of employment anxiety are significantly correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.321~0.416,p<0.01),and the psychological resilience of college students has a crucial predictive effect on employment anxiety(p<0.01),and the status of student cadres has a negative moderating effect on the psychological resilience of college students.Therefore,psychological resilience is an essential factor affecting employment anxiety,and its influence on employment anxiety is influenced by the identity of student cadres.
