摘　　要：为研究公共财政支出如何作用于城乡融合发展,选取湖南省作为研究案例,采用定性研究方法深入剖析了城乡融合发展的多个关键因素。在此基础上,构建了OLS回归模型进行实证分析,以验证财政支出与城乡融合发展之间的关联。研究聚焦财政支出在推动城乡融合中的作用,结果显示,从整体视角出发,财政支出的增加对提升城乡高质量融合发展水平具有显著效果。这表明,通过合理的财政资源配置,可以有效促进城乡之间的协调发展,为实现城乡一体化发展提供有力支持。In order to study the effect of public fiscal expenditure on urban-rural integration development,Hunan Province was selected as a case study,and several key factors of urban-rural integration development were analyzed by qualitative research methods.On this basis,OLS regression model is constructed for empirical analysis to verify the correlation between fiscal expenditure and urban-rural integration.The study focuses on the role of fiscal expenditure in promoting urban-rural integration,and the results show that from an overall perspective,the increase of fiscal expenditure has a significant effect on improving the level of high-quality urban-rural integration.This shows that reasonable allocation of fiscal resources can effectively promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas and provide strong support for the integration of urban and rural development.
