摘 要:智能变电站在改扩建完成后,需要进行运行参数调试才能正式投入使用,否则会直接影响变电站供电安全性和可靠性。智能变电站改扩建镜像调试技术是针对以往调试技术的单独性而研究的一种联调技术。基于嗅探器采集变电站镜像状态参数,借助镜像系统构建变电站镜像模型。将变电站实物设施转换到虚拟空间,模拟变电站工作流程进行变电站镜像模型运行仿真。利用装置组态工具配置待调试各变电设备的变电站配置描述(SCD)文件,并根据生成的SCD文件确定智能电子设备(IED)参数的互联关系。建立文档对象模型(DOM)树对SCD文件内核进行解析,并设计镜像调试流程以实现变电站现场调试。该技术能够在更短的时间内完成更为精准的变电站运行参数调试。该技术对改扩建后的系统具有一定的有效性。Intelligent substations need to be debugged for operation parameters after the reconstruction and expansion is completed before they can be officially put into use,otherwise it will directly affect the safety and reliability of substation power supply.Aiming at the individuality of the previous debugging technology,the mirror image debugging technology for intelligent substation reconstruction and expansion is studied as a joint debugging technology.Based on the sniffer to collect substation mirror image state parameters,substation mirror model is built with the help of mirror image system.The physical substation facilities are converted to virtual space,and the workflow of the substation is simulated for the substation mirror image model operation simulation.The substation configuration description(SCD)file of each substation equipment to be debugged is corofigured by using the device configuration tool,and the interconnection relationship of the parameters of intelligent electronic device(IED)is determined according to the generated SCD file.The document object model(DOM)tree is built to parss the kernel of the SCD file,and the mirror debugging process is designed to realize substation field debugging.This technology can accomplish more accurate substation operation parameter debugging in a shorter time.The technology is effective for the reconstructed and expanded system.
