摘 要:为了提升铣削数控加工机床的工作效率与质量、有效降低机床能量消耗,提出了基于响应面法的数控加工工艺参数优化方法。利用ABAQUS有限元软件构建铣削数控加工机床的有限元模型。通过该模型获得样本点响应值,使用最小二乘法构建二阶响应面模型。通过模型拟合得到机床能耗相关系数,构建配件加工时间最短以及能量效率最高的目标优化模型。使用自适应网格多目标粒子群算法求解该目标优化模型,获得优化后数控加工工艺参数。实际数控加工机床监测试验分析结果显示,所构建的响应面模型具有较高精度。该模型能够准确拟合机床能耗相关参数,且参数优化效果较理想,使机床性能得到明显提升。To improve the working efficiency and quality of milling numerical control machining machine and effectively reduce the energy consumption of machine,a numerical control machining process parameter optimization method based on response surface methodology is proposed.ABAQUS finite element software is used to construct a finite element model of milling numerical control machining machine.The sample point response values are obtained through the model,and the second-order response surface model is constructed by using the least squares method.The energy consumption correlation coefficient of the machine is obtained through model fitting,and the target optimization model with the shortest machining time for accessories as well as the highest energy efficiency is constructed.The adaptive grid multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the target optimization model and obtain the optimized numerical control machining process parameters.The test results of monitoring and analyzing the actual numerical control machining machine show that the constructed response surface model has high accuracy.The model can accurately fit the parameters related to the energy consumption of the machine,and the optimization effect of the parameters is more ideal,so that the performance of the machine has been significantly improved.
