摘  要:针对混匀料场堆取料机作业劳动强度大、生产效率低、安全可靠性差、环境恶劣等问题,提出了混匀料场堆取料机作业精细化控制关键技术。采用激光扫描、堆取料机运行定位,实现料堆三维动态模型感知。针对料堆模型数据量大、更新要求高等特点,将点云模型转化为高度图降维处理,以满足料堆模型快速更新、盘库及特征分析的需求。在堆料过程中,依据料堆高度控制悬臂的俯仰角度,在取料时分析料耙与料堆模型的交割面积,以实时控制双斗轮的横向运行速度,从而达到恒流取料的目的。在作业过程中计算关键参数并形成控制指令,写入堆取料机可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),以实现堆取料自动化。该技术已在实际冶金项目中应用。该技术在完全满足生产要求的基础上减少了作业人员数量、提高了料流的稳定性、保证了作业的安全性。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low productivity,poor safety and reliability,and harsh environment and other in the stacker reclaimer operation of mixing yard,the key technology of fine control of mixing yard stacker reclaimer operation is proposed.Laser scanning and stacker reclaimer operation positioning are adopted to realize three-dimensional dynamic model perception of the material pile.Aiming at the large amount of data in the material pile model and the high requirements for updating,the point cloud model is transformed into a height map to reduce the dimensional processing,to meet the needs of rapid updating,inventory and characterization analyze of the material pile model.During the stacking process,the pitch angle of the cantilever is controlled according to the height of the material pile,and the intersection area of the rake and the material pile model is analyzed during the stockpile retrieval,to control the transverse running speed of the double bucket wheel in real time to achieve the purpose of constant-flow stockpile retrieval.The key parameters are calculated during operation and control instructions are formed and written to the programmable logic controller(PLC)of the stacker reclaimer to realize stacker reclaimer automation.The technology has been applied in actual metallurgical projects.The technology reduces the number of operators,improves the stability of the material flow and ensures the safety of the operation based on fully meeting the production requirements.
