摘　　要：新质生产力中新型基础设施、科技创新等生产要素的变化会影响到经济体中产消者的生产生活。基于新型基础设施、科技创新等因素对交易效率和劳动生产率的影响机理,采用新兴古典经济学模型对新质生产力提升产消者效用的影响进行研究。研究发现:在具有基础设施建设分工的生产结构里,产消者的效用会高于分工前的状态,具体条件由总人口规模与科技发展水平确定;在具有专门从事新型基础设施分工的生产结构里,产消者的效用水平由人口规模、科技发展水平以及新型基础设施规模三方面协同决定;人口规模、新型基础设施与科技创新三者之间具有一定的替代性,但单方面要素的供给不足或供给过剩都会限制产消者的均衡效用水平。基于研究结果,提出促进人口、新型基础设施与科技创新协调发展以提高产消者效用的政策建议。Changes in production factors such as new infrastructure and scientific and technological innovation within new quality productive forces will affect the production and daily life of prosumers in the economy.Based on the influence mechanism of factors such as new infrastructure and scientific and technological innovation on transaction efficiency and labor productivity,this paper uses the neoclassical economics model to study the impact of the improvement of new quality productive forces on the utility of prosumers.It finds that in a production structure with a division of labor in infrastructure construction,the utility of prosumers is higher than that before the division of labor,and the specific conditions are determined by the total population size and the level of scientific and technological development.In a production structure with a division of labor specialized in new infrastructure and scientific and technological innovation,the utility level of prosumers is jointly determined by three aspects:the population size,the level of scientific and technological development,and the scale of new infrastructure.There is a certain degree of substitutability among the population size,new infrastructure,and scientific and technological innovation.However,insufficient or excessive supply of a single factor will limit the equilibrium utility level of prosumers.Based on the results,policy suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of the population,new infrastructure,and scientific and technological innovation to improve the utility of prosumers.
