摘　　要：随着人工智能(AI)技术在档案管理领域的广泛应用,其引发的伦理问题日益受到关注。本文首先探讨了人工智能在档案管理中的应用现状;其次,基于政策分析、文献研究与案例分析,总结了人工智能应用带来的伦理挑战,涵盖社会、经济、技术、法律与哲学五个层面;最后,从宏观的政策与治理框架、中观的机构与流程管理以及微观的技术与操作标准三个层次提出了相应的应对策略。With the widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the field of archival management,the ethical issues it raises have increasingly attracted attention.This paper first explores the current state of AI applications in archival management.Secondly,based on policy analysis,literature review,and case studies,it summarizes the ethical challenges brought about by AI applications,covering five dimensions:social,economic,technical,legal,and philosophical levels.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from three levels:policies and governance frameworks in macro-level,institutional and process management in meso-level,and technical and operational standards in micro-level.
