数字经济对新疆农业现代化的影响研究

摘　　要：农业现代化对新疆解决“三农”问题及实现乡村振兴具有重要的作用,而以数字经济赋能产业结构升级,能为推动农业现代化提供动力。本研究运用2017至2021年新疆14个地州市的面板数据,在采用熵值法测算新疆农业现代化综合指数的基础上,实证研究新疆数字经济对农业现代化的影响及作用机制。研究结论如下:(1)新疆数字经济能够显著促进农业现代化发展,这一结论经多种稳健性检验后依然成立。(2)区域层面上,北疆9个地区数字经济对农业现代化的促进作用效果明显大于南疆5个地区。(3)作用机制上,新疆数字经济能够通过促进产业升级推动农业现代化发展。最后,根据实证研究结论,针对新疆农业现代化发展,从数字经济视角提出相应的对策建议。The modernization of agriculture plays an important role in solving the“three rural issues”and achieving rural revitalization in Xinjiang,and the upgrading of industrial structure enabled by digital economy can provide impetus for agricultural modernization.This article uses panel data from 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2021,and based on the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang,empirically studies the impact and mechanism of Xinjiang’s digital economy on agricultural modernization.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)The digital economy in Xinjiang can significantly promote the development of agricultural modernization,and this conclusion still holds true after multiple robustness tests.(2)At the regional level,the promotion effect of digital economy on agricultural modernization in the 9 regions of northern Xinjiang is significantly greater than that in the 5 regions of southern Xinjiang.(3)In terms of mechanism,industrial upgrading has a mediating effect in promoting agricultural modernization development through the digital economy in Xinjiang.Finally,based on empirical research conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of digital economy for the modernization development of agriculture in Xinjiang.
