新疆语言产业发展现状与思路研究

摘　　要：语言产业研究已经成为应用语言学和产业经济学的新领域。大力发展语言产业在新疆具有特别现实而长远的意义。通过对新疆语言产业发展的基础条件进行梳理,可以了解新疆语言产业发展的资源基础、人口与经济基础和政策基础。同时,通过对新疆语言产业九个行业的发展现状逐一进行调查和汇总,可以发现新疆语言产业近年来的产值规模为134.3亿元,在第三产业中占比为1.55%,对经济总量的贡献率为0.7%。总体上看,新疆语言产业规模还比较小,对经济发展的作用还未得到充分发挥。因此,当下新疆语言产业的发展需要从政策支持和保障、学术支撑和指导、发展方向与路径等三个方面进行系统地思考和谋划。The study of the language industry has become a new field in applied linguistics and industrial economics.The vigorous development of the language industry holds particularly practical and long-term significance in Xinjiang.By sorting out the basic conditions for the development of the language industry in Xinjiang,we can understand the resource base,demographic and economic foundations,and policy basis for its development.Meanwhile,by investigating and summarizing the development status of the nine major sectors of the language industry in Xinjiang,it is revealed that the industry’s output value has reached 13.43 billion yuan in recent years,accounting for 1.55%of the tertiary sector and contributing 0.7%to the total economic output.Overall,the scale of the language industry in Xinjiang is still relatively small,and its role in economic development has not been fully realized.Therefore,the current development of the language industry in Xinjiang requires systematic thinking and planning in three aspects:1.policy support and guarantee of the autonomous region;2.academic support and guidance;3.directions and pathways of future development.
