摘 要:利用阵列超声检测技术可有效对高钢级管道B型套筒角焊缝的内部缺陷进行直观地检测和评估,但阵列超声检测方案及工艺设计选择对B型套筒角焊缝的检测效果影响较大,往往需要通过阵列超声仿真分析对检测的方案及工艺进行设计和优化,且常规有限元仿真分析方法存在建模繁琐、计算负载过大等问题。为此,基于时域有限差分方法和计算统一设备架构(CUDA)并行计算方法建立了高效率阵列超声检测仿真算法,结合基于OpenCASCADE的三维建模表征方法,实现了角焊缝结构阵列超声检测的声束路径、缺陷声学响应以及多种检测成像模式的仿真分析。研究结果表明:①新方法相较于COMSOL有限元仿真,对于相同仿真模型计算效率提升95%以上;②仿真结果与实际检测信号具有较好的一致性,并能够对不同类型缺陷进行准确的成像表征;③利用矢量相干成像方法能够显著提升B型套筒角焊缝中缺陷的检测成像质量,缺陷图像的信噪比提升19 dB以上。结论认为,所提出的阵列超声检测仿真方法具有较高声学仿真计算准确性及计算效率,有助于提升B型套筒角焊缝结构的阵列超声检测评估效果,并保障该类结构的焊接质量,对角焊缝的缺陷检测有促进作用。The ultrasonic array detection technology can effectively detect and evaluate the internal defects of type-B sleeve fillet welds in high-grade pipelines,but the selection of ultrasonic array detection scheme and process design has a significant impact on the detection effect,which makes it quite necessary to carry out ultrasonic array simulation analysis for the design and optimization of detection scheme and process.In addition,the conventional finite element simulation analysis methods have the problems such as complicated modeling and excessive computational load.This paper establishes a high-efficiency ultrasonic array detection simulation algorithm based on the time-domain finite difference method and the computational unified device architecture(CUDA)concurrent computation method,and then combined with the OpenCASCADE 3D modeling and characterization method,simulates and analyzes the acoustic beam path,defect acoustic response,and multiple detection imaging modes in the ultrasonic array detection of fillet weld structures.The following results are obtained.First,compared with the COMSOL finite element simulation,the new method improves the computation efficiency by over 95%for the same simulation model.Second,the simulation results are consistent with the actual detection signals and can provide accurate imaging and characterization of different types of defects.Third,the vector coherence imaging method can significantly improve the detection imaging quality of defects in type-B sleeve fillet welds,with a signal-to-noise ratio of defect image increased by more than 19 dB.In conclusion,the proposed ultrasonic array detection simulation method has a high computation accuracy and efficiency in acoustic simulation,which is conducive to improving the evaluation effect of ultrasonic array detection of type-B sleeve fillet weld structures and ensures the welding quality of such structures,promoting defect detection of fillet welds.
