摘 要:共享经济是数字经济时代商业模式创新的重要体现。作为共享经济业态的典型代表,网约车平台成为推动现代城市经济增长及拉动社会就业的重要引擎。以粤港澳大湾区重要节点城市东莞市的TS网约车平台为例,借助SWOT-PEST模型系统解析了该网约车平台在共享经济快速发展背景下的竞争态势,涉及竞争优势、劣势、机遇和挑战分析,以及政治、经济、社会、技术等竞争环境,并从多个维度提出TS网约车平台的竞争策略:强化服务品质,提升用户体验;深化技术创新,提升运营效率;加强品牌建设,提升市场影响力;加强市场洞察,灵活应对竞争。Sharing economy is an important embodiment of business model innovation in the era of digital economy.As a typical representative of the sharing economy,the online car-hailing platform has become an important engine to promote the economic growth of modern cities and stimulate social employment.Taking the TS online car-hailing platform in Dongguan City,an important node city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an example,the paper analyzes the competitive situation of the online car-hailing platform in the context of the rapid development of the sharing economy with the help of the SWOT-PEST model system,involving the analysis of competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,as well as the political,economic,social and technological competitive environment.Furthermore,the competitive strategies for TS online car-hailing platform are proposed from multiple dimensions:strengthening service quality and improving user experience;deepening technological innovation and improving operational efficiency;strengthening brand building and enhancing market influence;strengthening market insight and flexibly respond to competition.
