摘　　要：数字化转型能够提升企业效率、降低成本,作为一种积极技术变革已得到普遍认可。在我国资本市场,投资者情绪同样对资产价格走势有重要影响。基于此,文章深入研究了企业数字化转型对投资者情绪的影响,发现企业数字化转型可通过提高外界业绩预期、提高媒体认可度和改善企业内部控制渠道提振投资者情绪。文章为企业抓住机会实现数字化转型、投资者更加审慎地看待企业数字化转型和国家实现各地区数字经济协同发展提供指导和建议。Digital transformation,recognized as a positive technological change,enhances enterprise efficiency and reduces costs.In China's capital markets,investor sentiment also significantly influences asset price trends.Based on this,the article delves into the impact of enterprise digital transformation on investor sentiment.It finds that digital transformation can boost investor sentiment by improving external performance expectations,increasing media recognition,and enhancing internal controls.The study provides guidance and recommendations for enterprises to seize opportunities for digital transformation,for investors to more prudently evaluate digital transformation efforts,and for the nation to achieve coordinated development of the digital economy across regions.
