黄炎培职教思想视域下跨境电商专业教育与创新创业教育融合策略研究——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：黄炎培职业教育思想中的创新创业观注重学生个性发展、职业能力、创新精神等。义乌工商职业技术学院在践行黄炎培职业教育思想的过程中,面临将创新创业观融入人才培养的挑战,集中体现在人才培养方案、人才培养理念和协同育人机制三大方面;同时,跨境电商专业又在师资队伍、课程教材、教学模式上存在短板,创新创业教育也在文化氛围、课程体系、实践方式等方面有待加强。基于此,从理念明晰、内涵提升、机制优化等三个层面提出创新创业教育与专业教育的融合策略。Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought emphasizes the students'personality development,professional ability and innovative spirit.In the process of implementing Huang Yanpei's thought of vocational education,Yiwu Industry and Commercial Vocational and Technical College is faced with the challenge of integrating the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship into talent training,which is embodied in three aspects:talent training program,talent training concept and collaborative education mechanism.Meanwhile,the cross-border e-commerce major has shortcomings in the teaching team,course materials and teaching mode,and innovation and entrepreneurship education also needs to be strengthened in terms of cultural atmosphere,curriculum system and practice methods.Based on this,the integration strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is proposed from three aspects:concept clarity,connotation enhancement and mechanism optimization.
