大直径PBT/PET皮芯复合单丝纺丝工艺研究

摘　　要：皮层原料为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),芯层原料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),文章经过皮芯复合螺杆熔融挤出制备大直径PBT/PET皮芯复合单丝,采用电子单纱强力仪等进行分析表征,设置最佳复合比例、冷却条件、拉伸等工艺参数。研究表明:当PBT/PET复合比为40∶60、冷却温度为60℃时,制得的PBT/PET皮芯复合单丝力学性能较好,提高拉伸倍率及拉伸温度均有利于增强复合单丝的力学性能。The skin material is polybutylene terephthalate(PBT),and the core material is polyethylene terephthalate(PET).In this article,large-diameter PBT/PET skin core composite monofilaments were prepared by melt extrusion of the skin core composite screw.The electronic single yarn strength tester was used for analysis and characterization,and the optimal composite ratio,cooling conditions,stretching and other process parameters were set.Research has shown that when the PBT/PET composite ratio is 40∶60 and the cooling temperature is 60℃,the mechanical properties of the PBT/PET skin core composite monofilament are better.Increasing the stretching ratio and stretching temperature are beneficial for enhancing the mechanical properties of the composite monofilament.
