天然彩色茧在蚕丝系列床品中的研发和运用分析

摘　　要：蚕丝床品具有透气、柔软、光滑等优良品质,深受消费者的青睐。以往蚕丝床品大多为白丝、桑蚕丝,而天然彩色茧的出现为蚕丝系列床品创新发展带来了良好的机遇。文章从种类与颜色分布、色素形成原理、性能优势等方面对天然彩色茧进行简要介绍,阐述天然彩色茧到蚕丝纤维的加工工艺,并提出天然彩色茧在蚕丝系列床品中的研发和运用,对天然彩色茧蚕丝床品的市场前景进行展望,以供参考。Silk bedding products have excellent qualities such as breathability,softness and smoothness,and have been favored by consumers.In the past,most silk bedding products were made of white silk or mulberry silk.The emergence of natural colored cocoons has brought good opportunities for the innovative development of silk bedding products.The article briefly introduces natural colored cocoons from the aspects of types and color distribution,pigment formation principles,and performance advantages.It elaborates on the processing technology of natural colored cocoons to silkfibers,and proposes the research and application of natural colored cocoons in silk bedding products.The market prospects of natural colored cocoons silk bedding products are discussed for reference.
