摘 要:针对聚酰亚胺纤维热定型机,文章运用CFX流场仿真技术深入分析其内部流场特性。通过对热定型机结构和工艺参数的模拟研究,找出影响流场均匀性和温度分布的关键因素,并提出相应优化方案。经优化,热定型机的流场均匀性得到显著改善,温度分布更加合理,为提高聚酰亚胺纤维的热定型质量和生产效率提供了有力支持,同时也为热定型机的设计和改进提供了理论依据和技术参考。For the polyimide fiber heat setting machine,the CFX flow field simulation technology was utilized to conduct an in-depth analysis of its internal flow field characteristics.Through the simulation study on the structure and process parameters of the heat setting machine,the key factors affecting the uniformity of the flow field and the temperature distribution were identified,and corresponding optimization schemes were proposed.After optimization,the uniformity of the flow field of the heat setting machine was significantly improved,and the temperature distribution became more reasonable,which provided strong support for improving the heat setting quality and production efficiency of polyimide fibers.Meanwhile,it also provided a theoretical basis and technical reference for the design and improvement of the heat setting machine.
