摘　　要：新质生产力是科技创新驱动形成的先进生产力,苏州传统纺织业的升级改造有赖于新质生产力。文章基于目前苏州纺织业科技创新能力,利用灰色关联度分析法建立了科技创新驱动产业升级指标体系,得出科技创新是推动苏州纺织业转型升级的重要驱动力。其中,科技创新人才和经费的投入对纺织业的升级起到了关键作用,并提出政府和企业需要进一步增加科技创新经费投入,丰富人才引进对策。New quality productivity is an advanced productivity driven by technological innovation and the upgrading and transformation of Suzhou traditional textile industry relies on new quality productivity.This article is based on the current technological innovation capability of Suzhou textile industry,and uses the grey relational analysis method to establish an indicator system for technological innovation driven industrial upgrading.It is concluded that technological innovation is an important driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of Suzhou textile industry.Among which,the investment of technological innovation talents and funds plays a key role in the upgrading of the textile industry,and it is proposed that the government and enterprises need to further increase the investment of technological innovation funds and enrich the countermeasures of talent introduction.
