高支高密棉天丝品种绿色上浆工艺探讨

摘　　要：主要从浆料选择、浆纱配方等方面对经向天丝、纬向全棉的高密度品种进行无PVA上浆工艺的研究。试验表明,采用高浓低黏的聚丙烯酰胺类共聚物52%、多元复合变性淀粉43%、抗静电剂1.5%以及蜡片3.5%的配方,最终浆纱质量优,布机效率达90%及以上,降低了织疵,同时实现了天丝纱的绿色环保上浆。The non PVA sizing process of high-density varieties of warp Tencel and weft pure cotton is mainly studied from the aspects of size selection,sizing formula,etc.Experiments show that using a high concentration and low viscosity polyacrylamide copolymer of 52%,a multi-component modified starch of 43%,an anti-static agent of 1.5%,and a combination of 3.5%wax flakes,the final sizing quality is excellent,and the fabric efficiency reaches 90%or above,re-ducing weaving defects and achieving green and environmentally friendly sizing of Tencel yarn.
