摘　　要：为了使氨纶包芯纱具有更一致的弹性,对染色工艺参数进行系统的分析研究。结果表明:在节约能耗的前提下,泵速对层差弹性有一定的影响,但是单纯靠泵速并不能解决层差问题。In order to make spandex core yarns have more consistent elasticity,the dyeing process parameters were systematically analyzed and studied.The results show that,under the premise of saving energy consumption,the pump speed has a certain effect on the layer differential elasticity,but purely relying on the pump speed does not solve the prob-lem of layer differential.
