摘　　要：探讨了纯棉纱线进行硫化染色的生产关键要点。织造成色织面料后依托传统的卷染染色设备,改变布卷运行的路径,改造喷雾摩擦箱,通过试验摸索较成熟的配方、工艺,连续化生产仿旧面料。该工艺实现从纱线生产到色织面料仿旧消色的全流程染整生产。The key production points of sulfurization dyeing of pure cotton yarn are discussed.After weaving the yarn-dyed fabric,rely on the traditional jigging dyeing equipment,change the path of the cloth roll,transform the spray friction box,find out more mature formula and process through experiments,and continuously produce the old like fabric.This process realizes the full process of dyeing and finishing production from yarn production to color fading of yarn-dyed fabrics.
