摘  要:针织面料模拟日常泡洗条件,在一定温度、一定用量助剂溶液里浸泡一定时间,利用泡水残液颜色来判定织物色牢度,这种测试方法简单、便捷,逐渐得到了较多工厂认可,但是有一定局限,需要进一步完善。同等条件下泡洗测试针织物,泡水残液颜色的深浅主要由2个因素导致:(1)织物上浮色较多导致泡水残液颜色深;(2)泡水过程破坏了染料与纤维之间已经成键、紧密结合的染料,断键脱落导致泡水残液变深。如果只通过泡水残液颜色的深浅来判定织物色牢度,是不严谨的,需要区分染料属性,同时结合标准方法的测试结果来判定织物色牢度才合理、科学。The knitted fabric was tested by simulating the daily soaking conditions,soaking in the solution with a certain temperature and a certain amount of auxiliary solution for a certain time,and the color of the soaking residual water was used to judge the color fastness of fabrics.This testing method is simple and convenient,and has been recognized by many factories.But there are some limitations need to be further improved.Under the same conditions,the depth of the col-or of the residual water in the soaking test of knitted fabrics is mainly caused by two factors:(1)the fabric has more float-ing colors,which leads to a darker color of the residual water in the soaking test;(2)the soaking process destroys the al-ready bonded and tightly bound dye between the dye and the fiber,causing the bond to break and fall off,resulting in a deeper residual water after soaking.It is not necessarily accurate to judge the color fastness of fabric only by the color depth of soaking water residue.It is reasonable and scientific to distinguish the properties of dyes and judge the color fast-ness of fabric by combining with the results of standard fastness test.
