摘 要:纺织品生产流程繁多,在后处理工艺环节,水质对纺织品的影响更显著,特别是在染色、后整理和清洗等关键工艺中,水硬度直接影响到染料的吸附效率、整理效果以及产品的清洁度。从水硬度在纺织品后处理工艺中的作用机制出发,系统分析水硬度对染色、整理及水洗等工艺的具体影响,并探索优化水硬度的有效途径,为推动纺织行业相关技术的创新和应用提供启发。There are many textile production processes,among which in the post-treatment process,the impact of water quality on textiles is more and more significant,especially in the key processes such as dyeing,finishing and cleaning,water hardness will directly affect the adsorption efficiency of dyes,finishing effect and product cleanliness.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the mechanism of water hardness in the textile post-treatment process,systematically analyze the specific impact of water hardness on dyeing,finishing and washing processes,and explore effective ways to optimize water hardness,in order to promote the innovation and application of related technologies in the textile industry.
