摘  要:铋含量检测方法 ICP-MS的检出限为0.004 mg/kg,定量限为0.013 mg/kg,线性相关系数R为0.999 8,方法加标回收率在90%以上,3个质控样检测结果均在标准值范围内。经AFS检测进一步验证,AFS与ICP-MS检测结果的RSD小于10%,充分验证了该检测方法的准确性和设备的可靠性。6种聚丙烯腈纤维样品中铋质量分数为0.08~3.31 mg/kg。The detection limit of bismuth content detection method ICP-MS was 0.004 mg/kg,the limit of quantita-tion was 0.013 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.9998.The standard recovery rate of the method was above 90%,and the detection results of the three quality control samples were all within the standard value range.Further verified by AFS detection,the RSD of the detection results of AFS and ICP-MS was<10%,fully verifying the accuracy of the detection method and the reliability of the equipment.The mass fraction of bismuth in 6 kinds of polyacrylonitrile fiber samples ranged from 0.08 to 3.31 mg/kg.
