摘  要:近年来,高温环境下的高强度工作导致工作人员中暑乃至死亡的事件屡次发生。目前市面上的降温服存在不易携带、制冷时间短等问题。为此,设计了一种便携、实用、可控温的半导体水冷降温服。该降温服通过半导体冷面对水箱中的水进行冷却,冷水与人体进行热交换,带走人体热量。实验表明,通过硬件可以控制温度、制冷功率以及工作频率。在设置温度高于零摄氏度时,实际温度与设置温度的误差在0~2℃之间。穿戴降温背心后,出水口与入水口的温度差异明显,且两端温差明显增大。穿戴者的主观热舒适度适宜,有效降低了热应激反应的风险。上述结果为液冷降温服的进一步研究提供了参考。In recent years,high-intensity work in high-temperature environments has frequently led to incidents of heatstroke and even death among workers.The current cooling garments on the market suffer from issues such as being cumbersome and having short cooling durations.To address these problems,a type of portable,practical,and temperaturecontrollable semiconductor water cooling garment has been designed.The cooling garment cools the water in the tank through semiconductor cooling plate,then cold water exchanges heat with the human body and takes away the heat from the human body.Experiments demonstrate that the temperature and cooling power,as well as the operating frequency can be controlled via hardware.When the set temperature is above 0℃,the actual temperature deviates from the set temperature by 0~2℃.After wearing the cooling vest,there is a significant temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet,with a notable increase in the temperature difference at both ends.The wearer experiences a suitable level of subjective thermal comfort,effectively reducing the risk of heat stress reactions.The above results provide a reference for further research on liquid-cooled cooling garments.
