摘　　要：在石油化工项目建设这一复杂而庞大的系统工程中,项目文件的归档管理一直是项目管理中的重要环节。然而,传统的归档方式面临着文件数量庞大、归档流程烦琐、审批周期长、人工成本高以及线上线下归档分离等难题,严重制约了归档工作的效率与质量。为解决这一问题,文章引入PKI体系和数字证书技术,对电子签章系统与石油化工工程项目管理系统的集成应用系统进行研究。最终结果显示,该系统应用成效显著,大大减轻了各方工作负担,使项目文件得以高效流转,有力地提升了档案工作管理的成效,为石油化工项目的信息化管理提供新的方向。In the complex and huge system engineering of petrochemical project construction,the filing management of project files has always been an important part of project management.However,the traditional filing method faces the problems such as a large number of files,cumbersome filing process,long approval cycle,high labor cost and separation of online and offline filing,which seriously constrain the efficiency and quality of filing work.In order to solve this problem,this paper introduces PKI system and digital certificate technology to study the integrated application system of electronic signature system and petrochemical engineering project management system.The final results show that the application of the system achieves remarkable results,greatly reducing the workload of all parties,enabling the efficient circulation of project files,effectively improving the effectiveness of file work management,and providing a new direction for the information management of petrochemical projects.
