摘 要:为解决经营过程中信息不透明、供应链脱节、资源配置分散等问题,文章以业务流程管理(BPM)平台作为企业统一低代码开发平台,基于该平台搭建项目驱动的经营管理系统,提升业务需求快速响应和应用快速构建能力,大力推进流程整合和数据集成工作,着重解决应用碎片化、流程离散化和信息割裂等问题。文章首先分析企业传统运营管控现状和特点,提出基于BPM平台的项目驱动经营过程在线管控方法,详细论证项目、采购、合同、主数据、资产、库存等业务实现路径,并通过目前实际应用落地情况介绍,为类似企业运营管控相关场景提供参考借鉴。To address issues such as information opacity,disconnection of the supply chain,and decentralized resource allocation during the operation process,this paper takes the BPM platform as the unified low-code development platform for enterprises.Based on this platform,a project-driven operation management system is built to enhance the ability to respond quickly to business needs and rapidly construct applications.Efforts are made to vigorously promote the integration of processes and the integration of data,with a focus on solving problems such as fragmented applications,discrete processes,and information isolation.This paper first analyzes the current situation and characteristics of traditional enterprise operation and control,and proposes an online control method for the project-driven operation process based on the BPM platform.It elaborately demonstrates the implementation paths of businesses such as projects,procurement,contracts,master data,assets,and inventory.Through the introduction of the current practical application and implementation situation,it provides references for relevant scenarios of operation and control in similar enterprises.
