摘 要:针对由于左右扣圈环的重力及轴向移动距离较长,引起主轴变形,扣圈环运动阻力较大等问题,研制了一种用于扣圈环的支撑装置。该装置包括左右支撑结构,该支撑装置支撑扣圈环,克服扣圈环重力对主轴造成的变形,保证扣圈环与主轴的同轴,减小了扣圈环与主轴的阻力,使运动更加顺畅,同时保证了胎圈贴合精度。In order to solve the problems such as the deformation of the main shaft and the increase of the movement resistance of the left and right buckle rings due to the gravity effect and the long axial movement distance,a new type of buckle ring support device was developed in this research.The device consists of symmetrical support structures on both sides,which effectively counteract the influence of gravity on the main shaft through the support buckle ring.This device can ensure the coaxiality between the buckle ring and the spindle,thereby reducing the movement resistance between the buckle ring and the spindle,making the movement smoother,and significantly improving the fitting accuracy of the tire bead.
