摘　　要：挡胶板装置是开炼机关键零部件之一,对满足炼胶工艺要求起到至关重要的作用,随着炼胶工艺的不断多样性发展,传统挡胶板结构已经不能满足炼胶需求。本文根据客户的不同炼胶工艺要求,对挡胶板装置进行了多次技术改进和完善,研发了适用不同炼胶工艺需求的挡胶板结构形式。The rubber stopper device is an important component of the open mill and plays a crucial role in meeting the requirements of the rubber mixing process.However,with the increasing diversification of rubber refining processes,traditional rubber barrier structures are gradually unable to meet modern rubber refining needs.This article has made multiple technical improvements and optimizations to the rubber stopper device based on the diverse rubber mixing process requirements of customers,and successfully developed a rubber stopper structure that is suitable for different rubber mixing process requirements.
