摘　　要：文章从耐心资本视角深入探讨了私募股权投资策略与实体经济转型升级的关系。首先,阐述了耐心资本的理论基础与特点,以及私募股权投资策略的基本框架。接着,分析了耐心资本如何影响私募股权投资策略的制订。最后,提出了基于耐心资本的私募股权投资策略,包括长期投资、稳健投资和价值发现等。This paper delves into the relationship between private equity investment strategies and the transformation and upgrading of the real economy from the perspective of patient capital.It first elaborates on the theoretical foundation and characteristics of patient cap-ital,as well as the basic framework of private equity investment strategies.Subsequently,it analyzes how patient capital influences the for-mulation of private equity investment strategies.Finally,proposes private equity investment strategies based on patient capital,including long-term investment,prudent investment,and value discovery.
