长三角非中心区城市生态效率测度研究——以宿州市为例

摘　　要：文章通过实证分析宿州市2010—2022年的生态效益数据,探讨其在长三角一体化背景下的生态建设与绿色发展情况。研究发现,宿州市的生态效益整体呈现增长趋势,但技术创新与管理能力仍显不足,尤其是在非中心区城市,生态效益提升受限于技术发展和治理体系。分析结果表明,地方税收、绿色保险及家庭垃圾处理等因素对生态效益具有显著影响。基于此,文章提出加强绿色产业与技术创新、完善垃圾处理体系、推动绿色金融和加强法治建设等政策建议,以促进宿州市在区域协同框架下实现可持续发展。This article conducts an empirical analysis of the ecological benefit data of Suzhou City from 2010 to 2022,exploring its ecological construction and green development under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.The research finds that the overall ecological benefit of Suzhou City shows an increasing trend,but the technological innovation and management capacity are still inadequate,especially in non-central cities,where the improvement of ecological benefits is restricted by technological development and governance systems.The analysis results indicate that local taxation,green insurance,and household garbage disposal,among other fac-tors,have a significant impact on ecological benefits.Based on this,the article proposes policy suggestions such as strengthening green in-dustry and technological innovation,improving the garbage disposal system,promoting green finance,and enhancing legal infrastructure to facilitate Suzhou Citys sustainable development within the framework of regional collaboration.
