摘 要:随着国民收入水平的提高和休闲时间的增加,大众旅游时代已经到来,顾客对经济型酒店的服务品质提出了更高的要求。经济性酒店作为旅游重要组成部分,面临着巨大的发展机遇,同时也面临着市场运营、品牌深度和服务管理等方面问题。如何有效提升经济型酒店的综合服务质量已成为该行业亟待解决的重要课题。基于此,文章对经济型酒店作简要概述,然后指出其发展面临的问题,并提出解决策略。With the increase in national income levels and the expansion of leisure time,the era of mass tourism has arrived,custom-ers have put forward higher requirements for the service quality of economy hotels.As an important part of tourism,economy hotels are fa-cing huge development opportunities,as well as problems in market operation,brand depth and service management.How to effectively improve the comprehensive service quality of economy hotels has become an important issue that the industry urgently needs to solve.In this regard,this paper provides a brief overview of economy hotels,then points out the problems face in their development,and proposes solutions for reference.
