摘　　要：陕西省西安市是汉服文化的重要发源地和流行中心,其汉服市场在不断扩大的同时,侵权现象也频繁发生,保护现代汉服的专利权对西安现代汉服的长远发展具有重要作用。基于此,文章研究了西安现代汉服专利权保护的现状与问题,分析了汉服产业在专利权保护方面面临的挑战,提出了完善专利权保护的建议,目的是保护原创设计,激发创新动力,促进西安汉服产业的可持续发展。As an important birthplace and popular center of Hanfu culture,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,has witnessed the continu-ous expansion of the Hanfu market.Meanwhile,infringement phenomena occur frequently.Protecting the patent rights of modern Hanfu plays a vital role in the long-term development of modern Hanfu in Xi'an.Based on this,this article examines the current status and prob-lems of patent rights protection for modern Hanfu in Xi'an and analyzes the challenges faced by the Hanfu industry in patent rights protec-tion.It puts forward suggestions for improving patent rights protection,so as to protect original designs,stimulate innovation,and promote the sustainable development of the Hanfu industry in Xi'an.
